Can't post new made to order digital listing

I am trying to post a new made-to-order digital listing, it is a copy of an existing active listing that I sell...just changing description, a few images, some tags. It pops up an error regarding the digital file...but as it is made to order there is no file yet.

I also have had 2 digital made to order sales go straight to "sold" instead of "new" this week. Luckily my made-to-order items require some back and forth so I got direct emails from clients, otherwise i would not have known I even sold the items...

Is these known issues with digital made-to-order? Is there an ETA on when I can list new digital made-to-order listings?

Thanks, yes I have been selling since this change and have both made to order and instant in my shop so know how to setup the listings. This listing is setup properly (it is a direct copy of a listing that I already have active and selling), the system just will not list it. Thanks though!

Switched to "old listing" option worked to push this through to published!
