Can't open USPS label adjustment link

I am trying to click on the adjustment label link to see why I was charged an adjustment and the link won't open. I can't dispute the claim without even being able to see the details. 

Anyone else having this issue?

Where is the link you are trying to open?

Label adjustments show in your Payment Account. You also should have received an email about it. Did you look in those places?

Inability to open links is often related to the link being blocked by a browser extension, like an ad blocker or pop up blocker.

The email just takes me to the payment account tab where the adjustment link is. I have tried on the etsy app and get the same issue.

I turned off my virus program to try and open this link and it still would not open.

Same thing happened to me today. It just shows an endless cycle of rotating Shop Manager icons in a little gray circle and never finishes loading. Happened on my phone and the computer. Chatted with Chat and she couldn't help. I was able to scroll up a little on my phone while it was trying to load and was able to see bits and pieces of the details at the very bottom of the screen but was unable to get the Revenue Assurance ID which I need to dispute the claim. It's not listed anywhere else but on that page. Hopefully it works tomorrow.

Could be related to this issue. USPS says it should be resolved by Wed, March 8.

The same thing is happening to me. I’ve been trying to load 2 adjusted labels so I can dispute them for 2 days now. I’ve tried 2 different computers and my phone. I also chatted with a rep who suggested I make sure my browser was the latest version and clear out my cache and cookies all of which I confirmed and did. In the process our chat was disconnected so I’m unsure if she would have had other suggestions. Still doesn’t work even this morning.  I tend to think it’s an issue not in my end.

@Potof3Daisies  This issue is definitely not at your end. I did the same "clear out my cache and cookies" (even though I knew it wouldn't make a difference.)

I will try Chat again later today now that I know more people are having the same issue I am.

I was able to "see" the link by viewing on my phone using Firefox (in  Landscape mode). I clicked on the adjustment link in my Payment Account section and let it try to load for a while. Then swiped up a few times until I can see part of the page behind the loading page. Then I was able to highlight some of the info on the small part of the page I could see. I then chose "Select All" and "Copy". I was able to paste that info on to a text message to myself. It copied all of the info I needed, including the USPS Adjustment ID which is not the same as the Label ID Etsy gives you in the email.

Hope the rest of you are able to get this work around to work or that it clears up by Wednesday.

Thank you!  That worked.  In the screen that never loads up do a Select All, Copy and when you paste the info miraculously appears!

This worked for me as well! I was able to select all and copy on my desktop and paste onto a notepad. This is the first time I've ever received an adjustment for a package shipped with USPS. The adjustment details show a change in the dimensions and weight of the package, yet I have shipped this item about 20 times this year in the same size box. I don't even own boxes with the dimensions they entered. Has anyone disputed the adjustment and successfully had it resolved via refund?

@SimplebyBrooke  I have won two disputes so far. I'm still waiting on the current one. My packages are light and I have a feeling they hitch a ride on top of another box and that's what the automated system sees.

For the two previous disputes, I never got an email saying that I won the appeal, I just periodically checked my payment account, and the credits showed up .

It still won't load for me and it's been almost a week. I don't think anything is going to be done about it.

@PeachyCatStudio  Do what I did, or even easier, do what @SimplebyBrooke  did.

If you are on your desktop computer, click on the adjustment link, then right click on your mouse and click on "Select All" then go to your notepad, Word document, or email and right click and click on "Paste". Scroll on your copied info until your find where your USPS Adjustment ID is. You can scroll further and you will see why there was a dispute, and the tracking number.

I finally got it, yay! It's a little different in chrome, but I got it to work. You have to select everything on the page, even what is on the side. Then click the 3 dots on the top right. Scroll down to copy and click that. It's right under "More Tools". Click copy and then paste into word or notes.
