Hey there i was not aware of the esty policies so and i open my shop 8 days ago and for getting more customers to my store i started messaging potential customer and then this ”Bummer, your messages have been temporarily disabled. Please contact support to have them reactivated. Also, see the FAQ and Community Guidelines for more info about Messages.” msg started appearing.. now i got the few customization inquiry but i am not able to reply them and I contacted esty help and support 5 times but they did not solve the problem.. what should i do now???
Your messages only get disabled if your are spamming potential customers, you will now have to wait until the option is returned to you. When in a few weeks you are able to send messages again, only reply to those who purchase or ask a question
