Can't leave REVIEWS

2 of my customers contacted me saying they couldn't leave a review. There was no place for them to leave one.

And I tried to leave a review on an item I purchased June 8 and it won't let me leave a review until August 16! 

What is going on Etsy???

I have the same problem and contacted Etsy last week. There is a bug and they still try to fix it. 

It's really stupid, on one hand they expect us to have 5 star ratings for the new etsy seller star, and on the other hand not all customers can leave a review due to a technical problem!

If they purchased as a guest user, they cannot leave reviews. I had same problem with couple of guest id purchase and they couldn’t leave reviews although they were so happy and wanted to write one.

Its not a guest review, the customers and the order fulfill all the necessary properties (ordered with an etsy account, expected delivery date is already reached), but its still not possible to leave the review.

Just tell them to be patient and wait until the review window opens , it will for sure
