Can't Upload New Logo

Despite my new logo being well below the maximum requirements (17kb and 219 px by 219 px), and trying it as both a PNG and JPEG, the interface keeps saying my image doesn't meet the correct file requirements. I didn't have this issue when I uploaded my old logo, so I'm not sure what to do, since no changes I make seem help.

The shop icon is recommended to be at least 500px x 500px. It's probably having issues because it's smaller.

Oh, dang! I was mis-reading it as 'small than' for both the file size and px size. But I checked again now, and see my derp. Thank you!

I've got the same problem. I've tried 500 x 500, 600 x 600 in jpeg. Nothing loads

How did you fix it. Tried it from 500 x 500 up to 2000x2000 and kept it under 10MB, still nothing. It's not the image either, tried every possible version. Even tried using Etsy's own logo and still nothing. Png, Jpeg, Gif. Nope!! Driving me nuts.

Which are you trying to do and where?  THe best place to change is on a browser not the app.

The shop icon needs to be 500 x 500 pixels.. No smaller,  No larger,

Same issue here, tried multiple sizes including 500x500 at 72dpi. Still does not work.
