Technical issue - star seller message response rate calculation is missing messages

I just downloaded my response rate report for star seller calculation for August and found that the messages included in the report are only up to 7/29 even though the reporting period is May 1st to July 31st. The report is missing messages from July 30th and 31st. Because of those missing messages, I lost my star seller badge for August.

Does anyone know how I can get Etsy to look into this?

Etsy won't look into it since it's not a technical issue.
This is how it works and is explained on the help pages for the Star seller rules.

Messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period

It's stated in some of the SS information that messages in the last couple of days of the month don't count for that period, instead carrying over to the next period. Or maybe it's just been confirmed by mods in here (many, many times before). This is because a message sent on July 31st wouldn't require a response until August 1st, which is after the cutoff. And messages from the 30th are likely cut off due to time zones. Either way, Etsy won't look into it.

@JKena: "The report is missing messages from July 30th and 31st" First, Star Seller is in UTC not your time zone so what is July 31 to you may be August 1 to Star Seller. Secondly, Messages are counted until after the 24 hour reply window has closed regardless of when you answered. Also, Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) seem to be updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay.

Keep in mind that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.
