Etsy payment

My shop has been put on holiday by etsy for almost 3 years now in Australia due to documentation issues.

I now have accepted that I don't want to sell on etsy any more but my etsy payment has been disabled and can't recieve my payment and close the shop for the past years,I am really frustrated
