Can't Print Labels.

Etsy is not seeing my choice for shipping for labels. I have tried 2  browsers and they both won't work. I am sure it a tch issue with Etsy just giving a heads up.

I can't generate a label either.  I've been holding for support for over 15 minutes to report.

So it's a known issue but no notification for sellers? I had to hunt help> support> forums> technical issues to find this out this information. Meanwhile my customers are expecting 1 day shipping which I might not meet because of this, I only process in the morning, no car. Does this affect Star Seller ratings if you don't meet expected shipping windows?

Of course it will affect your Star Seller rating if you ship late.

Will Etsy offer an exception if they are the cause of the delay?  Who knows?  You would probably need to fight with Etsy on the issue.

I reset my shipping, problem persisted. "No delivery services are available" Hoping to get my orders out soon. Came here to see if it was a glitch. Thank you for posting!

I think since ETSY is not responding to help us, we need to use pirate ship to get our orders out on time.

It's fixed. I just bought labels.

Ugh, it is working, but now it wants me to purchase a label for each item in an order. So if someone orders 2 items and I want to pack them together, it wants me to purchase 2 labels and pay double shipping. Not good.

I noticed it is back up, but it is glitching still. I have an order with two items that can pack together and now it is forcing me to purchase shipping twice (once for each item in the box). I am not going to buy shipping twice when someone orders 2 items and they are going to the same address.

I'm also unable to purchase and print my shipping labels.  I may have to bypass Etsy shipping in order to get my packages shipped on time.  Then Etsy will be mad because I didn't use Etsy shipping.  But what else can I do?  Packages must keep shipping.

I just bought and printed and Etsy label with no problems. Make sure you are using a browser and not the app.
