Can't Print Labels.

Etsy is not seeing my choice for shipping for labels. I have tried 2  browsers and they both won't work. I am sure it a tch issue with Etsy just giving a heads up.

Me either! This is unacceptable to not be able to ship out orders from Etsy to stays on you to get them shipped out ASAP.......

There are a lot of Threads about this glitch. Everyone's having the same issue; hope it is fixed soon.

Thank to Etsy for forcing us to use Etsy shipping labels and then not let us buy them.

I just chatted with support and they told me to purchase labels off of etsy for now. They will reimburse me if the cost is more than offered on etsy, just have to send them the receipt.

I'm having trouble purchasing shipping labels today. On each of my orders, I'm getting a a prompt reading "no delivery services available." This is on all of my orders and I've never encountered this before. In the upper left hand corer, there is a box stating that more information is needed for this order, but it doesn't specify what goes in the box, and actually, it won't even allow me to click into the text box to enter anything. Any insights?

Apparently happening to a lot of people. We are not able to ship out our orders today......not cool from Etsy who normally stays on you to get your orders shipped out ASAP.....

I think they're fixing a bug. I bought a bunch of USPS labels this morning and the prices were mostly all lower than they should be. Basically they reverted to the pre-surcharge prices which I assume was incorrect since they were just raised a couple weeks ago.

I'm trying to use Etsy labels for the first time. Someone kindly suggested in a previous post that it may be a better option. I sell prints and send in flat carboard mailers and am sending from Canada to the US. I put in all the info for my mailer which is length 30cm by 24cm and thickness 1cm and 0.15 KG. I chose parcel as that is the only one that works and under "available services" I get "no delivery services available for your package". I don't know what I am doing wrong. If anyone has ideas, that would be wonderful.

try .015 for the weight.  It needs to be 3 digits after the decimal.  I just tried your measurements on an open order and $7.72 comes up

This is happening to me as well. How frustrating! I can wait a day or two, but it had better be sorted out soon!

Apparently, this is a new, widespread problem for Etsy sellers. I doubt it's anything you've done wrong as a newbie, but it sure is disruptive.
