Can't Print Labels.

Etsy is not seeing my choice for shipping for labels. I have tried 2  browsers and they both won't work. I am sure it a tch issue with Etsy just giving a heads up.

Yes I have just now. I had to make labels and input all info on the actual USPS website just to get them out today. Apparently we've been using a shipping service called Pirate Ship (who knew?) that Etsy decided to discontinue which is why we cannot get labels. What to do? The choices of shipping services that will supposedly work now are Shipstation or Shippo. You supposedly integrate in your store. How I don't know but I'll be looking into that. Etsy sent out a memo that Pirate Ship wouldn't work after Oct. 21 but I HAD NO IDEA WHAT IT WAS OR THAT I USED IT.

This has been happening since at least last night, so I wouldn't hold my breath. Who would expect a multibillion-dollar company to fix a small bug for millions of its faithful minions in reasonable time? I would have before I met Etsy.

And this is precisely why many sellers don't want to use Etsy shipping labels.

I printed one label this morning and went to do the next and it says there is no delivery service available and one of my preset label weights is gone.
