When I clink on the tracking link of my purchase … a dashboard like thing covers the tracking.
So I filled out a help request but the “send” button isn’t even a link.
How do I get an Etsy employee to actually help me?

I’m having he same problem and I’ve been trying to resolve it for weeks. Nobody answers. I can’t be the only one. Tracking links for my purchases take me to my own shop management page. It’s crazy.
