Forced Vacation mode since March 2nd

Hi, Dear Etsy Support

My store was placed on Vacation mode On March 2nd,

I've uploaded my passport and I dont have any updates since then.

I am a star seller and its the only income I've got.

I shipped orders on time.

Could you please check my documents and put my store back online.
