Can not download packaging slip in Chrome Version 116.0.5845.187

Since last month, I am not able to download a proper printable PDF file of the Etsy packaging slip (or order receipts) from the Etsy webapp. 
The file that is downloaded is an .html file and not a .pdf file , like it was previously done numerous times. 

Chrome warning says "Name of document.html    File wasn't available on site".
I believe the link given by Etsy to be downloaded on the browser does not point to a PDF document.

I use Chrome on Mac High Sierra OS

I think it may have had something to do with a recent Chrome update. I got around it by selecting print, then instead of printing, saved it as a download to PDF.

When the PDF file opens in the web browser, right click on it and see if you can download/save the PDF file that way.

I had the same issue in Chrome, did what @CryzalisMasksUK said.

Firefox is fine, downloads in pdf.

Right click > Save as solution from @Amaradorn is a good alternative. 
I was doing @CryzalisMasksUK solution until now.

It's kinda annoying. With all the fees we are paying, I except the Etsy webapp to work without flaws, at least.

You may need to update your Chrome browser to the most recent version ... Version 131.0.6778.86
