I’m looking for advice—Etsy suddenly put my shop in vacation mode, and I wasn’t notified in the dashboard, emails, or given any explanation. I’ve recently seen other sellers mentioning similar problems, so it seems to be happening a lot. How did you resolve it, and how long did it take?

Have you had any deactivation or cases against your shop? have you checked that none of your images have been stolen by resellers?
No, there were no cases or deactivations. Everything went as usual.
Have you had overdue orders?
An influx of orders outside of the norm?
Etsy does pause shops that get more than the usual amount of orders, just so you can catch up and not get overwhelmed.
Unfortunately, in November we received fewer orders than usual.
Yesterday an order was overdue by 1 day, which was immediately sent (and it wasn't a problem before).
