CSV are now 2 weeks delayed??

It was brought to my attention that our Order CSVs, as of July 14th 2025 are now 2 weeks delayed. According to a chat conversation I had with Etsy, and after requesting any documentation regarding this 'official change'...no official email or notification was ever sent out to sellers. This affects my business greatly as I use the CSVs to process hundreds of orders per month. Does anyone have a work around for their shops?

I asked for mine and it came immediately in the email.  There are others that are seeing a delay.  I don't know what the issue is?

@cindylouwho2 has shared information about this just now, pointing out that some of us see "Note: Orders will be available to download two weeks after the order date." when trying to download a CSV. I see it in this shop, but not in my other shop.

@wildjunestudio Do you use any other service that imports order information? Shipstation currently imports all order information for my account, although they have said that API access is only going to be available for those with higher-priced ($100+ per month) subscriptions at some point.

I downloaded CSVs yesterday.  I have never waited for an email - you click to generate the CSV then wait on that screen.  In a few moments it will prompt you to download the CSV and then you have it, all within a few minutes.  Sometimes an email never comes at all.

That's not the case for everyone.
In my other shop, I'm seeing this when trying to download a CSV:
"We're generating your download and will email you a link to it when it's ready."

And in this shop, I have the "two week" announcement, the CSV downloaded right away, but only shows orders through July 8.

@Adorabilities  Yes, I get the message about the email but I ignore it and wait on the page and then download it. 

I'm sorry if you are unable to access it as I have which must be quite exasperating!

Yeah, and the emails don't take long to arrive at all.

I still have working PirateShip and Shipstation integrations, but I feel for anyone who relies on current CSVs to process their orders.

Just ran into this issue today as I was doing my weekly batch of orders. I am absolutely FURIOUS Etsy would do this (and with no notice!). This functionality is CENTRAL to how I run my business. Etsy is sabotaging their own sellers. Absolutely ridiculous

My store has also encountered this situation. I can't see any order information in the last two weeks in the CSV file I downloaded. This is very troubling to me. How should I deal with it?

I downloaded the CSV in the last few days and the exported data is incomplete, the latest order data can't be exported, which makes it difficult for me!!!

Luckily I don't need this data to be able to process my orders but I do need it to do my bi-monthly and quartely VAT (yes I do my VAT 8 times a year, first the Irish one and then the international one) which means I will either have to do it manually or wait 2 weeks, which is allowed since I have 4 weeks to do it but I prefer to do it as soon as the time to do it has arrived...

I have the same problem as the author. The order CSV of the store has been delayed by 2 days on July 21 and 22, 2025. And Etsy has never sent me any official email or notification. This has seriously affected my store work. Can anyone suggest a good solution?

A two-week delay without any official notice is a huge disruption, especially for high-volume shops. Hopefully Etsy will address this soon.

I am having the same issue.  Orders are only showing up to the 9th so that would be 2 weeks delayed.  I download this report nearly every day to generate tags for my boxes in order to keep shipping quick and organized and to prevent shipping errors like mixing up orders.  It was up to date on Monday so this delay must be new.   Unacceptable.  Anything related to the seller's money and financial information must be accurate, up-to-date, and readily available.  This had better be a bug they are just fixing!!!
