It was brought to my attention that our Order CSVs, as of July 14th 2025 are now 2 weeks delayed. According to a chat conversation I had with Etsy, and after requesting any documentation regarding this 'official change'...no official email or notification was ever sent out to sellers. This affects my business greatly as I use the CSVs to process hundreds of orders per month. Does anyone have a work around for their shops?
@wordybirdstudios it's not a bug; it's a slow rollout. You will have to use another option.
For those asking what they can do, there are some solutions in this thread: https://community.etsy.com/t5/Managing-Your-Shop/CSV-order-Order-Item-downloads-are-on-a-2-week-dela...
I also published a post on Patreon which explains what solutions exist.
If you are open to a paid solution, Craftybase is an Etsy order management / inventory app that imports orders on an hourly basis. I'm Nicole, the founder: give me a shout if you have any questions, more than happy to help.
Not knowing about other posts on this CSV problem, I created a new one complete with details on my conversation with Etsy tech support. You might want to look at my description of Etsy support's take on the "Expected Behavior" of the new CSV policy. It's pretty clueless of them to think this 2 week delay is a good thing.

I'm having this same issue. There was NO NOTICE from Etsy about this major change to our work flow, and it is immensely disruptive. This is OUR data, and I cannot believe they can hold it back for a full two weeks. What a sucky thing to do to sellers.
