Buyers Unable to Check Out

I just reopened my shop and I’ve had people contact me and say they tried to buy something and after they put in their payment info it tells them there was a problem submitting their order so they can’t check out. I opened my shop last July and had my art pieces on it and had this same issue so I closed my shop for a while cause I couldn’t figure it out. I just reopened it with some stickers I’ve had made and I updated all the shipping and return and policy info and I’m still having the same problem so I’m not sure how to fix it and the help desk told me it looks fine on their end. I’m new to Etsy and don’t know too much so any help would be appreciated!

Checkout works for me in your shop, so hopefully the problem is specific to that user.

Thank you for letting me know! I had two different people tell me they got the error so I figured since it was more than one person it was my shop and not the customer.

I just tried to purchase one of your stickers...the ice fishing moose and received this response:

"Oh dear. There was a problem submitting your order. Please give it another shot.

If you continue to have problems, please contact support."

I know all of my information is good and am in the US, I made another purchase earlier today on Etsy and it went through just fine. Not sure what the issue is with the cart...

Okay that’s what the people who contacted me said was wrong! I don’t know what to do about it and support said it all looks good so I have no clue what’s up

I am not sure....I tried the 'Buy it now', the 'Add to Cart' way and 'PayPal' all with the same result as previously stated. There is definitely something wrong but I cannot see anything on my end as I can go through all of the steps normally.
