Can’t add items to cart

Hi, I’m an Etsy seller. I can’t figure out why customers can’t add items to their cart. What am I doing wrong? 
I have Printful as my printer. Now I’m switching to printing out my greeting cards with local printer. I tried to make a separate listing without production partner but still can’t add to cart. Please help!!

Are you trying to add your own items to the cart while signed in?

If so ... you don't have that capability with Etsy.

Edited to add. I can add one of your cards to my cart, but .... yikes ... $25 shipping to Canada.
