I was working in my shop and all of a sudden got Knocked off and got a message that I have been blocked. The message says that there is behavior in my browser. I spoke to someone from the help line and was told the message would clear in 10 minutes but that hasn't happened. I need access to my shop to print shipping labels. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

People reporting this really need to start including which browser (and version) and which operating system (and build) to see if the problem is localized to some combination or is more general.
Or Etsy could just fix whatever they flicked up.
This seems to be happening mostly with Chrome browser and I noticed it started after some browsers did an update. USUALLY it will clear up if you clear your cache and restart your browser.
@SarafinaDreams: Please see the solutions in my thread at https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Etsy-blocked-me-while-I-was-responding-to-a-help-requ.... The first one works in Safari, and the second one works in Firefox. Hopefully, you use one of those because as far as I know, no solution has been found for Chrome yet.
The solution for chrome follows (this is the SECOND time in 2 days I've had to do this):
On your computer, in Chrome.
At the top right where the 3 vertical dots are, click Settings .
Click Privacy and security.
Click Third-party cookies. ...
Click See all site data and permissions.
At the top right in the search box, search for etsy (it was the first in the list for me so I didn't need to search for it).
To the right of the site (etsy), click Delete .
To confirm, click Delete.
Restart your computer and sign back in to etsy
I use Firefox and it just happened to me, but it cleared up easily enough.
