I’ve noticed an issue with my shop's performance metrics that seems to be miscalculated. The system is showing that I haven’t provided tracking information for two customers, but the history clearly shows that tracking details were provided. The same issue applies to my messaging rate—it’s marked as low, even though I’ve responded to every message within 24 hours.
These errors are preventing me from achieving Star Seller status, and I’d appreciate it if this could be looked into and corrected.
