Blacked Out or No Picture with ThumbNails

Well I’ve sent several emails to Etsy it’s no reply so I figured out what to do, I deleted them all.  If this keeps up, I’ll have to close my shop.

I just fixed 4 of mine, I think. Two of them were blacked out, and two were extremely enlarged. I just swapped photos, saved them, then swapped back to the original. Looks like Etsy is tinkering around, once again. I also noticed they were messed up in search as well. Not good at all.

What a pain in the butt. As if I don't have enough things to do, now I have to faff around to fix a bunch of blacked out listings.

I had some problems yesterday as well.

I cleared cache and cookies today and things look normal again. Did you try that? @JewelsByLiz1
