Hi Etsy star seller showing that tracking was not entered to a order I sent and in fact it was and been received by buyer .

The value was for $80

Etsy is not here.  This is a peer to peer forum.

Sometimes Etsy's tracking software does not work with some carriers.  

If you are concerned over star seller, Etsy has indicated they know there are issues with their tracking software but they are unwilling to change the information for the star seller.  This can be found under information on the star seller program.

Australian sandalwood is not facing extinction, Australia currently have the largest sandalwood holdings in the world. Ours is legally harvested,and somewhat is in our backyard .

Same Issue! My score dropped instead of increasing because it says tracking was not added. I did add UPS tracking number that is even showing on the ETSY page.

We've double-checked the order that is affecting your Star Seller, and we can confirm that it doesn't have a tracking number added, up until now. Kindly know that aside from shipping an order on or before the stated ship-date, you also need to add a valid tracking number for it to be counted positively towards your Star Seller.
