unable to use etsy seller support or contact us option

we tried so many times to contact etsy support but unable to do. when we click on contact support it comes to page where we can select help with buyer or seller then we choose option and follow instruction then no option for contact them after click on last option it comes up on page contact us again and again. we face this issue from long time so please anyone can help or know clear answer then please help or if anyone can contact via call to etsy support for this issue then it will good for us.

@CathieJewelStudio  Try again under "Manage My Shop and Listings > select "Manage Listings> scroll to bottom and click "I Still Need Help" > click "Chat"
