It's impossible to install a Shop banner. I've been having this problem with the banner for several weeks. The photos of Carousel just doesn't install. Collage photos are loaded huge, they cannot be reduced. Most likely I'll unsubscribe and use a simple banner)

I use photoshop to create my banners and I size them at:

width = 3360 X Height = 840

Since I have been using photoshop for years I am not familiar with Carousel. Is this a sizing issue? What kind of help are you looking for?

3minutes later. I looked into Carousel. It seems there are a few tutorials on youtube that might help.

Thanks for the advice. I just wanna say that etsy plus subscription options such as banners collage and carousel are not work correctly by me(

I agree her banner looks fine but she most likely would like to be able to change it and control her decisions. It seems she is trying to expand her knowledge which will broaden her ability to create what is in her imagination. I am aware of the etsy feature but I do not have access to it so I am not able to help. Keep at it you will figure it out.
