My very happy customer accidentally hit two stars instead of five and couldn’t return to correct it. So now I’m will not be a star seller for February - this is crazy - I contacted her by message and she was very upset. If Etsy wants to incorporate all these sales schemes they must also allow for any problems that will occur to be able to be rectified.
She can correct it at any time within 100 days of the delivery date. If she can't do that, she can write to Etsy and ask them to do it for her.
As long as you have not replied to it, she can edit it. Tell her to hover over the 5th star. She probably thought she had to click on each one.
