A couple of months ago I received a review of one star from a customer after consistently having 5 stars ratings since opening my shop. In addition, my overall rating was 100%. As a result of this review, my review rating went down to 4.6. Since then, I have received 7 reviews of 5 stars but the review rating has not changed and it is still 4.6 which prevents me from receiving the status of star seller. I would like to understand why status does not change after getting 7 reviews of 5 stars.
for decembers stars,
it counted october, november, and december
once 1st January came, for the calculation for the next stars,
all of Octobers drop off, and it counts Nov, Dec, and Jan-to-date
for Nov/Dec/Jan-to-date, you have 10x5* and 1x1*
that's 51 stars and 11 reviews , 51/11= 4.6

Star seller is hard to achieve, don't beat yourself up over it. Providing you have good PR to your customers and do your best, primarily getting 4+ stars I just move along with business. If I get star rating I do, if not I don't loose sleep. Just my 2 cents.
To be more specific, the ratio for 95% or 4.8 is 19 to 1.
At this time, you have a 10-1 ratio. You need 9 more 5 stars and zero less than 5 to make the cut.
It's basic math. The star seller calculation only looks at the last 3 months. The 1-star review was in November, so will fall out of the calculation on March 1.
