Is anyone else having a problem opening the app? It will not open for me. Having checked, there was an update yesterday so wondering is that is what has caused the problem.

Mine hasn’t worked since yesterday either. I deleted it from my phone and then reinstalled and now it works.

Sorted it by uninstalling, then reinstalling. Try that.

Try shutting down and restarting your phone.

Are you using the new blue app or the old orange one? My blue app is working fine today.

It was the blue one. Sorted it by uninstalling, then reinstalling.

Mine not working either.
Uninstalled and reinstalled - not working
Turned phone off and on - not working
Cleared cache and data - not working
Any ideas????
