Yes, I feel like I've been seeing that for a few days now (at least). I noticed when some shops were asking for critiques, because I almost mentioned that their photos were blurry. Until I clicked on the listing and realized they weren't blurry at all, it's just how they're being displayed. Might have something to do with Etsy changing their preferred format again (we've already done horizontal and square, so might as well this time go to portrait).

This seems to happen periodically. Usually, Etsy is messing with the image sizes again, so it is a glitch on Etsy's end, nothing the seller has done.

Ugh, nothing has changed. This could potentially hurt sales (whether or not a buyer decides to buy depending on what they see) for any of us. I e-mailed Etsy about it but likely won't hear back from them for a few months. lol

Yes, have blurry photos...but also, I am unable to post a listing as when I press 'Publish' - it tells me I haven't put it in a category even though I have & the correct category is selected and ticked. Will not let me change it or do anything, so can't post any items.

My listing photos are blurry on both Safari and Chrome. I make stationery with sample text, so the blurriness is quite frustrating, as it looks like I am intentionally displaying my items that way. I wish Etsy would stop messing with the photo dimensions!

Yes! I noticed as of yesterday afternoon all photos on every single listing in my shop went blurry and I've had my shop for 9 years and it's never done this before, so it was a surprise. The only way an image doesn't look blurry is if you click on an image to expand it. I assume this is an internal issue happening sitewide.

They're still blurry. I know it's not my eyes, because the text on all listings is crystal clear to me..it's only the images. I contacted Etsy twice over the last few days and talked to a few different reps - they all said they don't see a problem??! This is very frustrating. I know I will think twice about buying something if I can't see the image clearly. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhh

I spoke with 2 reps over the weekend as well and they said they did notice it and forwarded the issue to tech support and stated others have reported the same issue with blurry photos. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

I wasn't able to get anywhere with them on chat, so I called them. They pulled up the screenshots I have sent over the last week through chat, the screenshots of the thread here in the forums I had sent, etc. They said they are investigating and will post a response soon on the community board. Fingers crossed!
