Anyone else having glitches trying to get into payment account?

I click finances, then payment account and that little circle just goes around and around. Been going on for a couple days now. I've cleared browsing history, run my scans on norton, signed in and out a few times. I got in once after multiple tries to get my deposit scheduled for today, but now doing the same thing. Anyone else?

no seems to working fine, have you tried in a different browser?

No I haven't. I use chrome but thought clearing browsing and running a scan and resigning in would do the trick. I'll give that a try.

Same thing when trying to select the necklace and pendant section of my shop. All the other sections work fine, but when I click "necklaces and pendant" just that little black circle. I'll send a message to tech, but I know it will take a long time.

I wonder if it has to do with the matching name thing. I am opening another account tomorrow so the business name and account name will match, and the yellow banner tells me that I still have 19 days......

I contacted support and got someone right away that reported it to tech, I got  call back within seconds!! I am amazed!! Also got some questions answered I had about the matching names on the account. They transferred me to the right dept and they picked up right away,

For anyone else here's what I did:

Went to "community and help" section.

1st page that pops up scroll down to "contact etsy support"

Next choose selling 

next I chose "manage my shop and listings"

then "manage listings" (there wasn't any other choice that fit)

then scroll down to 

"I still need help" and request a call back.
