I printed out an invoice to send to a customer and noticed it's showing my old address from several years ago. My account information has the correct shipping address so where is it pulling this from? I typically sell through print on demand so never viewed the invoice before.
Is you address correct in your shipping settings? Pretty sure that's the address they use for packing slips
Go to shop manager > settings > shipping settings > shipping label options tab.
Check your Shipping From address there. If it's not correct then update it and be sure to scroll to bottom of page and click save.

You might need to change it in your shipping settings under the shipping labels options tab. That's where you set your "ships from" address.
I had this issue until I updated my address in all areas of account settings and made sure to delete the old one if the option was there

I've gone through every dang setting I can find and they all show my current address, but just today I printed out an invoice and it STILL shows my old address. Tried to contact Etsy but that link goes to a blank page. Anywhere else I can check?
Okay, I was mistaken and no way to edit or delete a posting.
I am also having the same problem!
