Summary: How do I go about the item type (digital or physical) and the shipping for a divination reading?
Hello, I've recently started doing a form of tarot readings on Etsy and I'm stuck. So, when the listing asks me how to list it either physically or digitally, it is a tangible item, and it's personalized because everyone has their question I wouldn't be able to put digital because that leads whoever buys it cant download an image and I can't just do the tarot reading before they even ask anything or chatting with them, so there's no way that it could be put as digital. I've done a lot of research and a lot of people say to list it as a physical item which I did, but now that it's listed as a physical item I have to deal with shipping. I can't ship the reading because there's no way to possibly do that. I tried to speak with another person who sells readings and they said to just put free shipping, so I did and I listed it. Someone bought it and the way I went about giving it to them was to give them an image that explained what everything means (marking up the image with circles and stuff) as well as a written message of 300+ words through Etsy messages. yet now that that's done, I have to deal with the shipping on the tracking id I put that it has no tracking #, but now I'm scared that if it doesn't end up as a physical package in the mailbox this will 1, prevent me from being a star seller and 2, give me legal issues.
