Im trying to add the location via the settings option, Ive followed the instructions from etsy and printify (printify states to add United States of America) Etsy states to choose from the drop down menu, there isnt a drop down option and when i enter Unite States of America it wont let me proceed? it keeps asking me to choose the location?
Any help would be appreciated, thank you

I'm having the same issue, multiple workarounds and different browsers didn't help so far.
The "location" field is inactive.
Adding my name to the list of people who can't work or be productive because of this bug. Hope Etsy can sort it out. I've reached out to support but all they did was add my info and my screenshot to the already open ticket. Sigh....
I have the same issue and did not work.
I logged my etsy via safar in iphone and I could add the location.
I'm having the same issue on both Chrome and Safari

This is Pearl from Etsy Seller Support. I’ll be happy to help you with your concern. I see you are unable to enter the address for your production partner, I can understand how important this is and how frustrating it can be.
Allow me to explain, we've been receiving messages from our members letting us know they have been unable to edit or save changes in their listings. To fix these types of issues, we recommend our sellers to switch to the old version for listings. A lot of members have let us know that when this happens, the old version works to save and edit the listings. Could you be so kind as to try this option? You are able to activate the old version on the listing page, just go to the top and you'll be able to find a blue banner that shows a button saying "Switch to old version".
Once you are here, you can set up your listing (production partners option is a bit down the process, you can just scroll down a bit to find it). If this does not work, you can also try the following options: updating your browser, trying with a different one than your usual one, trying on a different device or try clearing your cache and deleting your Etsy-related cookies. I'm not seeing a blue bar or an option to 'Switch to the old version'. I'm not able to add a country on Chrome/Brave or Edge. Tried deleting cookies for the Etsy pages and restarted - still no good.
This is crazy. How can an app with so many sellers be so buggy!
@BoutiqueArtAndCrafts: I believe that the "old" and "new" listing forms option is only available using a browser (even your mobile browser).
