Active items not showing for sale

My items are showing as active on my shop manager page, but they aren’t showing up as available for sale.  I have 38 active listings, however only five items  are showing up on the website?  It appears that they show after they have been automatically renewed, but I'm not sure why this is.  Has anyone else had this issue?

I emailed Etsy 15 days ago, but no one has responded ..

Would be super grateful if someone could help me to sort this out

Thank you so much - someone suggested I de-activate then re-activate my listings which I have now done and it worked!  Thanks for taking the time to reply

This happened to me one year.  My listings in my Shop said something such as "Not for sale" (not sure of the exact verbiage).  At that time we had a few Support Admin in Technical Issues.  Gary (with the flamingo in Avatar), suggested I Deactivate then Reactivate the listings.  It worked.  Honestly I could've hugged him at the time, lol.

I tried deactivating my sale it didn’t work still not showing up.

I did a Facebook post stating the sale was on .Now customers are seeing no sale

This thread is from 2022 and a totally different issue than you are having. You may want to start your own thread so you get help for your issue.

If it helps...I am seeing a sale in your shop when I look. It says eligible orders get 20% off under every listing. It says "Spend $39.27 to get 20% off your order" when I hover cursor over it.

I have the same issue put on a sale on the 2nd of July showed active but wasn’t deleted it a few days later same issue .
