dashboard showing overdue orders to ship but no overdue orders

hi etsy team.  I have contacted support about this issue but it doesn't seem to be getting fixed.  my dashboard is showing that I have an order with overdue shipping but I do not have any overdue orders.  the little red icon next to "orders and shipping" says I have four orders when I only have three.  it always says I have one more than I actually have.  now it's getting to the point of affecting my star seller shipping badge.  I don't know what else to do.  as I said I have already contacted support about this problem.  please help.

@5thElementYoga: There are lots of reports of this issue in this forum, but there appears to be no definitive reply from Etsy.

"now it's getting to the point of affecting my star seller shipping badge" Have you checked the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page to see what (if anything) Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes.
