About verification of bank

Recently I got mail " A problem with your bank account " and i updated my infos. But i changed 2-3 times since I didnt get any small amouth of payment, then etsy asked bank documents from me, i uploaded, is that normal ? Is anyone experienced something like this ? I'm ocd person and I panicked Thanks a lot !

@vurdemart  since you are located in the US, you need to verify your bank account with Plaid.

Solved, now got mail verified correctly.
