5 star rating technical issue

Hello. I have trouble with the star rating system on my seller account on Etsy. My shop name is CncLaserCutVectors. Star Seller Program section shows that I have one 4 stars rating in 13 reviews but it must be wrong. When I check it all I see is 5 stars ratings and nothing else. No 4 stars rating and it will affect my Star Seller Program if it won't be corrected today. Please help me. Thank You.
