Star Seller Eligibility

My star seller eligibility went down because of a message from Pattern on how I can optimise my website and has nothing to do with the products I’m selling. Hence, I did not respond. Now my message response rate has gone down to 80% because of it. I am really aiming to get that Star Seller.

As above, mark as spam and your score will readjust.  Unfortunately you have to answer every single message no matter  who it is from or what it is about as the bots can't distinguish between them.
