Etsy star seller rating being incorrectly calculated

Hello,

Can you please assist me, my star seller rating is showing as 93% but all my reviews so far have been 5 stars?

Am I missing something?

you can download the csv's and see which one/s etsy is flagging

There are 5 different categories.  Which one is showing at 93%?  One review states that item was picked up so there would have been no tracking on the order which suggests that shipping/tracking might be the one showing at 93%.

Yes, but the tracking rate is still 98%.

I dont know what else it could be picking up...

its the reviews, everything else is above 96%.

I agree - all of your 11 reviews are 5 Star. It could just be a glitch - but look at the csv again to be sure. 

Off topic - but do finish setting up your Shop - add shop policies. These are becoming more important for shop owners should they ever need to use Etsy's Seller Protections:
