We can't follow that link. You will have to say what it was. There are 100 reasons Etsy will remove an item.

What you have in your shop is neither handmade, nor designed by you. It's not supplies and it's not vintage. You are offering instant downloads of sb else's art without even mentioning the name of the original artist. That's not just against Etsy rules, that's simply illegal.

Have you ascertained if all photos you have are in the public domain?  Age is not always the determining factor.  It could be the item was taken down via message from the holder?  Did you check for email? Photos from sanctioned countries?  Do any photos run afoul of the prohibited list?  Prohibited Items Policy - Our House Rules | Etsy

No about page.  No shop policies.  No location. 

You may need to contact Etsy if you don't find an email.
