September Goals

September will be Wall Hangings, and I'm shooting for 75 items! I did list 74 items in August, but not sure I can repeat that.
I will at least reach 400 items in my shop and hope to reach 200 sales this month also.

I will organize my inventory that has taken over our house.
I can't find an item that sold...so embarrassing. (Goal 3: find that item)
I need all items organized into sections.

I sold a headband a couple weeks ago and looked everywhere for two days and couldnt find it. I had to make a new one to send, but I guess you can't do that. Lol. Good luck on your goals!

Sales for you will come. I really think being on this team helps, because the more you list, the more sales. And the more often you list, the more views you get which equals sales. So list away!

I am driven by the desire to quit my day job and stay at home with the little ones. So I need to grow my shop which means adding inventory. I stay up late and list. Little sleep. I might crash and burn soon though.

I keep track of things by labeled totes. I'd love more space though. 392 listed items but about 1000 items yet to list!!! That unlisted stuff is everywhere (bedroom, garage, storage unit).
Plan is to build new BIG house with a huge room for etsy! Need to sell our current house first.

Looks like you'll be well upwards of 200 sales by October -- congratulations. I sometimes dream of having an extra room for all my fiber, it'd be so great to get it all out of bags and organized on shelves. For now, it's closet and under-the-bed space.

I'm so impressed with your ability to balance the different aspects of your life -- the children, the physical therapy work, the Etsy shop. I can barely take care of the cat and the plants after a full day's work and a few hours of evening knitting.

Wishing you lots of success in the shop becoming enough so that you can be home more during the day, and in the meantime wishing you lots of strength and awake-ness during what must be an exhausting not-enough-sleep month!

Well, listing items has taken a back burner. More sales this month (22 so far), so it seems like my spare time has been dedicated to packaging items. That's a good problem though. And the items are huge or odd shaped so I have to custom make the boxes.
I might have to wake up earlier and take pictures then, because it is getting darker sooner and sooner at night. By the time I get kids to bed, it's dark.

By the way, 6 kids are a breeze...it's the husband that is difficult. (just kidding... kind of)
