I finally made it to 100 yesterday!!! It feels so good to of met that goal and to finally put the pressure of it behind me!!! :)

-My goal for September is to focus more of my efforts on my social media and promotion.
-To list 1 painting a day.
-Which also means I have a goal of 30 paintings this month.
-Finally start looking into offering more prints of my artwork.
-Create 2 non-team treasuries a week. Why? Because I want to pass the love around and increase my number of followers in the process.
-AND... work on an idea that I have for possibly opening another shop!!!

You guys are infectious and have definitely rubbed off on me and have given me the motivation and courage to give it a try. I have been thinking for a while about opening up another shop but I knew that I needed to get my current shop KamaraLarryStudio up and running with enough inventory before I could even consider dividing my efforts into something else. But now that I have reached my goal I think I am now ready to sit down and start planning for my next adventure!!!

I am still working out the details of my new shop! I have not even come up with a name for my shop yet. I am keeping everything pretty close to the vest at the moment until I can get it all straight in my head and worked through.

I was feeling a bit ambitious so I decided to updated the look of my shop and my twitter. I changed my banner and profile photo on my etsy because I did not think that the original images really made sense since most of the art in my shop is abstract. I think I like what I came up with for my etsy shop but I worry that my twitter looks a little to modern and devoid of personality. I would love your opinion! Please let me know what you think.

Wow!! I can't believe you are starting a new shop and going for these lofty goals in this shop. Personally, I miss the picture in your avatar. This one seems a little impersonal to me. Your paintings are great and congratulations on the sales!! Way to go!

Thank you Tanya, yeah I was thinking the same thing. I am not really sure if it is just because it is such a drastic change or if it is too impersonal. I know that I do not want to use my old avatar and banner because I have mostly been painting abstracts and landscapes so i wanted an avatar and banner that was reflective of the new and contemporary look of my artwork while also staying neutral enough so that it fits whatever style artwork I create for my shop. I guess I am having a hard time figuring out how to accomplish that.

Well I will not be able to upload anymore artwork until Monday or Tuesday. I have been having serious internet problems, my screen keeps freezing and I am losing my connection every few minutes so until my internet provider comes out to fix the line on Monday I will not be able to upload anything. :( Well I guess my goal for this month is shot. Oh well, it is a busy month anyways so I will just list what I can this month and not worry too much about meeting my goals for September since unforeseen circumstances has me derailed a bit this month.

I like the new banner. I agree with Tanya that the avatar is a little boring. Maybe just add a stripe or abstract shape to it for a pop of color.
Sorry about your internet troubles. Just do what you can. Keep painting and list when you can.
