Since Etsy has updated the listings to allow 10 photos ShopShaper has not updated. I'd like to add a photo to the end of every listings of mine, but a lot already have 5+ images. So when I try to do this in bulk ShopShaper wants to delete one of my photos, even though there are empty spots. How can this be resolved?

Hi - we have more than 2 shops and want to move items around between them all. I we buy a month/year key, can we change which shops we use it with, or do we need to buy more than one? Thankyou

I recently updated my Mac to OS Sierra. I used to be able to click the 'edit selected listings' button Shop Shaper but now it doesn't work. I've tried multiple times but I can only edit listings individually which defeats the purpose of having the program. Did I do something wrong or does this program not work for Mac OS Sierra?

I've used Shopshaper before for bulk editing. However, i just paid for a day pass and none of my listings are showing up in shop shaper. I have a lot (several hundred), but I've given it sufficient time (3 hours!) and still nothing. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times.
