I've used Shopshaper before for bulk editing. However, i just paid for a day pass and none of my listings are showing up in shop shaper. I have a lot (several hundred), but I've given it sufficient time (3 hours!) and still nothing. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times.
Hi! Did you ever hear back from the developers? I'm wondering if this app is even still available. I haven't used it in awhile and I reloaded the app to a new machine. The "add new shop" button appears to be dead. My one-day pass processed OK. I'll be disappointed if this app is no more.

I'm having the same issue. I've used the software before and it is no longer working. My shop wouldn't update so I deleted it and tried to connect again, only now it won't let me connect again. And the maker is not answering emails to help me resolve issues.

I didn't realize that the team forum was still used and neglected looking here for years. Because we couldn't update ShopShaper for a long time, only a few user needs could be met with the features it had and they contact us via email if they have a problem. Sorry about that.
Finally (!!) the new version is out. All users, old and new, can use it for free for a week to see if the current version is the right tool for them. www.shopshaper.net
