Hi, I wanted to ask here http://www.shopshaper.net/contact.php but unfortunately the field with email constantly says that Please enter a valid email address.

I would like ask about key. I have a PC in the studio and at home. Is it possible to use one key for two computers but for one store or should I buy two keys?

Mart and LBFStudio: It looks like both of you haven't used the free trial period of ShopShaper yet. You don't have to purchase any keys as yet. You have 3 days time to look and see if you like ShopShaper :)

There is a free 3 days period for everyone. You used that up and now it wants you to enter the monthly key you bought. That key will be active for 31 days starting from the day you enter it into ShopShaper

hi there -- I have the same problem as LBFStudio -- I click on "add new shop" and nothing happens. I'm really hoping to use this application to transfer listings from my current shop to a newly created shop.

I still have keys left over from last August when i used this and had a lot of trouble. You tried to help me and we could never figure out the problem I used up a lot of keys trying for nothing.
Today, I tried to download the three day free and my computer told me it was damaged and should go in the trash? Whats up with that? So, I bought a key for a dollar and never received a new key. I have no idea where to put the old keys to try them and am very frustrated. Can you help? Thanks!

Hi Norah,

You must be on a Mac. The new Mac OS versions have a security measure that prevents you from downloading software that does not come from its own AppStore. You can change that by going to your Settings / Security & Privacy and change "Allow applications downloaded from" to "Anywhere". It should work after that.

I will reset your free rights so that you can use ShopShaper again for a week for free. If you should experience any problems, we will refund you of course.

The email is sent out automatically right after purchase. So you should have received them instantly … maybe it landed in your spam folder. I will send you the keys via convo as well now

My program will not work on just one section of my shop, I am trying to remove some text from the description area, and it does not want to work just on the peyote cuffs section? Anyone know what I can do to correct this before my key expires.

Hi Missy,

You can try copying the text you want to delete, from the "edit listing" page on Etsy, rather than the listing view in your browser.

No worries, I can extend the expiry date of your key so that you can do the changes you need :)

That fixed the issue~ THANKS!!!! Your program is AWESOME!!!
I will recommend this to everyone I know, I just done 560 listings
within minutes, where it would have taken days to edit all of these.
This is the best bulk editor I have used yet, with fast service when
you have a bug.

I've been trying to make a small fix to 2 paragraphs in all of my listings using the "replace some text with" option in the description. I made a similar change to different text earlier this morning, and now the program keeps failing to make the change... I've tried several times. Please help!

Hello, So I love this app but I can't seem to get my items to load....I purchased a one year key for $72, and entered it, and a verification code....shopshaper won't accept the code...none of the items will load.

It worked fine for the three day trial, but now does nothing. Help.
