Load all not working for us

I sent a support email but haven't seen a reply so I am hoping someone here can help me.

We have over 1,500 listings and I wanted to make bulk price edits. When I click "load all" so I can actually update all 1500 items in one go all the items DO NOT actually load, meaning I would have to page through over 60 screens to make updates one page at a time since the software only seems to be able to load a few dozen listings at once instead of all the listings, forcing me to do one page at a time instead of everything in one screen.

Is there any way to fix this? Anyone else dealing with the same issue? Going through over 60 screens to make "bulk" edits kind of defeats the purpose of being able to bulk edit if the "bulk" is limited to a few dozen items at a time.

Sorry for our late response. We just sent you an email, but to have the process documented, it is best to write here as well, I think.

What kind of problem are you experiencing? Does it load some and then stop or does it get stuck in the process of loading and not respond anymore?

If you could send me the shopshaper_log.txt file via email, that could also help to identify the problem.
