Goals For September

New month, and a new thread! :D

So what's everyone's goals for this month?

Mine are:
- Make $800 in sales
- Have a really successful market this weekend (if I could make those sales in one day i'd be even more happy!)
- Have 85 listings in my store
- Finish 6 custom orders.
- Make at least 5 new outfits to release.

I am newish to Esty and have been trying to meet the challenge of getting not just more hits on my shop, but hits by people wanting to part with their money! It's a bit of a minefield, and although we have only had 4 sales in the last 2 months, you have to start somewhere!

Our goal is to double our total sales during September and hope to keep the ball rolling from there.

Quitting our day jobs is a long way off, but Rome wasn't built in a day!

I'm just starting to get back into my shop since taking a very long break, so my goals are:

have 50 items listed
have at least 5 sales
sign up for my intended craft shows for the holiday season
research suppliers for best bulk prices and yarn quality

not as lofty as some of yours :) but i'm confident I'll get there

My goals for September are to double the amount of listings, to have 2 sales a day and to get out and about to spread the word about my shop!

I am new to this whole Etsy thing as well. I had my first sale within days of opening my shop. However, went stagnant from there. I get views and likes but no purchases at this time. So, my goals for now is to figure out exactly what I need to do to get things going. Should I continue to do both Digital and Prints for my photos, or move to just Prints (since that is what sold)? A ways off from quitting the day job. But, enjoying the ride to get there! :)

we are still getting the hang of things, and admire the heck out of you guys with the big goals you've set for yourselves : )

for september, we are hoping to get a steady stream of sales, 1-2 each week would be great!

we are also challenging ourselves to a daily listing challenge, and we won't stop until we've got 100 items in our shop!! (should be due to hit that goal nov 11... yikes)

we've been working very hard lately to streamline our processes, and figure out how to best manage our time. having two of us is often a great thing, EXCEPT for when it comes to two completely different schedules.

we are looking into which winter markets we will be attending as well. lots, and lots to keep us busy!

My goals for September are:
- a new listing every other day
- get up to 200 items
- get steady sales - one per week would be wonderful for now
- do more marketing (my biggest issue, it's the hardest for me)

Well, it seems that my Job Has Quit Me (I've been made redundant) so I'm trying to remain positive by focusing on my etsy store!

* I would like to list an item each day.
* Finish my business plan.
* Complete four more beading tutorials to list in the store.

I've just come back from a 4 month break from Etsy so my goals this month are

Sell £50 in goods
Reach 60 items in my shop
Engage more with my social media followers

My goals are to have 150 items listed by the end of the month and start stocking up on supplies for the holidays.
I think I also need to start working on more marketing strategies because sales have been so slow this month.

I know I have not done goals in a few months, but I think this month I will set some! :)

1. get my shop up to 100 listings
2. finish one pillow (I know its almost been a year since I first had this idea lol)
3. Clean my house! it is getting way to cluttered!

My goal for each month generally are to ensure that I make enough to cover my monthly living expenses and put some extra in the bank.

Well these past few weeks my goals have changed drastically.

My partner was taken to the ER about 4 weeks ago with high blood pressure and was kept overnight for observation. The following day he suffered a massive heart attack and ended up having emergency heart bypass surgery two days later. Needless to say, this has put life in a completely new perspective for us.

He's home now and has started the long road to recovery but this was a real wake up call to remind both of us that there is more to life than work.

So please take some time to hug your family members each and every day as you never know when they may not be there.

Super happy today, I realised I have achieved another of my goals this month and have sold £50 of goods which was my target.
