Goals For September

New month, and a new thread! :D

So what's everyone's goals for this month?

Mine are:
- Make $800 in sales
- Have a really successful market this weekend (if I could make those sales in one day i'd be even more happy!)
- Have 85 listings in my store
- Finish 6 custom orders.
- Make at least 5 new outfits to release.

$200 in sales per day minimum is my one and only goal for September. By the end of the month I want to have a consistant sales amount of $200 or more.

My Goals:

-Participate in 1 local market (sales goal: $150)
-Make $1000 in offline sales
-Secure a wholesale account
-Add candles and massage oils to collection for fall/winter

My goals for September:

- I'm with Tabiltha > Make $200 in sales (which means, when people want to buy in person with cash, just say NO! lol Be adamant about people purchasing from the shop & taking advantage of the free shipping if they'd like to pick up in person)
- Have at least one new listing a week.
- Blog & post to facebook weekly to create traffic & marketing.

You guys have great goals. My shop is still new so my goals are not as big :)

- I would like to have at least two sales per week.
- Look into craft fairs in my area.
- Promote my store in some way at least 5 days per week.

I am brand new here, so all I want now if to have a first sale:)
but my goals for september are:
-have sales ( let's go at one per week )
- new listing every week ( this is gona be though I still have to finish the collection I'm working on)
-promote myself more (more fb, blog work, and etsy teams )
-finally find a way to sell in my neighbourhood

This is a great thread. Here are my goals for September. 1. Have at least 10 sales for the month, I aim high. Since I have only 6 sales since march my goal number 2. Have my sales come from NOT a bnr just regular sales. 3. Promote as much as I can. 4. Stock up on my inventory to get ready for craft shows. 5. Place more items in my shop.....cindy

I personally do a lot of offsite promotions, and this market I did today is always a great way for the local community to see my work up close.

Good news guys, I've already achieved my first two goals! The market was a huge success, and I've passed my sales goal! Which means I can work on those other three goals (somewhat less) stress free.

wow, you all are talking about a lot of money! since i opened my shop i made 27$ sales ! XD Dorsetclothing, you really must be happy to be so successfull :) i'm happy for you!! ♥

My goals for september :

-make at least 1 custom order (50$)
- sell at least 6 of the 12 zodiacs watercolors i'm making, and update 1 a day until there are no more (i heard it's better to update 1/day x 12 days than 12/day x1 day...) : bonus : sell the entire collection^^
- update my shop with new illustrations or items after the zodiacs at least 1 every 3 days
-think about hallowe'en & thanksgiving & christmas/new year

Thanks artoftam! The markets only run twice a year, so I have a lot of work getting my etsy store to be making as much on a regular basis, but it gives me a bit of a buffer this month. :)

My goals for our shops (I have a Z shop, too) are eight sales this month, that's double the last month's, and to get my seasonal items ready before I leave mid October. That's gonna be 3 "seasons" and I want at least 7 items for each. I just have to figure out what they are gonna be! :D

I wish there were low cost vending/fair opportunities for us out here.

My goals for the rest of the year are 12 sales in October, 16 in November 20 in December and 24 in January. I'll be administrating from overseas during that time (I've been saving for two years and life happened, so I've only got $300 to last 3 months). My business partner will be doing all the shipping. I hope he remembers to put receipts in this time! :D

Wow, I'm so impressed with everyone's goals! Mine are not nearly as big, but here they are:

1. 3 sales for September (I'm at a total of 11 sales, so that would make it 14 total)
2. Get prepared to be in a store by October 1 (I am going to have a booth at a store that is like an etsy shop store! It is pretty cool)
3. Get prepared for 1st show in October
4. More marketing, more blogging
5. Get Holiday cards up by end of September
6. Finish Website design

Since I'm just starting up my store again after an extended vacation, I will set my goals to be to get all of my items listed, and begin promoting again on my facebook page, and a few sales too!

One more week left of the month, how are we going?
I am having trouble getting up to 80 listings. I can't complain because it's from people buying my items! Might be able to get it this week.
It looks like I'm only going to get 4 custom orders done instead of the 6 planned, but one of them has been pushed back by the customer so it's not that bad. And I've made and listed 3 new designs this month, I might just get those last two in this week!

Yay Dorset! Congrats on your progress!

My market fair is on Sunday, so I just have some last minute prepping to do. Otherwise, just excited to see how it goes.

I am nowhere near $1000 in offline sales this month, but that's because I haven't really done any selling. I have been creating new products and soon going to re-vamp my business!
