I don't listen to Rush, either, but I don't care who publicizes this issue, it's helpful. I think it's pretty sad, actually, that none of the liberal programs will touch it. A lot of people are disillusioned, as it was liberal, progressive groups who lobbied for the bill, who are currently spreading disinformation about it (the testing, they say, is easy, and isn't expensive, and anybody who complains just cares more about profits than kids, and those who complain, they say, are really a front for Big Business), and the reform bills are all sponsored by Republicans, and the Democrats in charge will not let those bills leave committee.
here's who lobbied for the bill:

A list of the specific things wrong with the law is good. However, there's a problem with this one:
5) Imports should be certified PRIOR to being allowed into the US and then should be tested to make sure they actually comply when they get here.
It's illegal. It violates free trade agreements. The CPSC has no authority to make such a ruling, and Congress would be violating all kinds of Trade Agreements if they tried- and they know that.
