I recently started an IndieMade store and noticed there is an IM team here on Etsy ... I joined but then noticed there hasn't been any activity for several year now. I contacted the Team Captain, but no response. Same with the IM group on FB ... no activity, no response. WTH? Where do we go for help / advice? Is IM not a good platform? Is there another platform that is better? Help! Thanks!

Hello, I'm setting up my indiemade shop in preparation for leaving Etsy. I'm not that computer savvy and confused: If I enter the url: https://feltedfriends.indiemade.com my store comes up. But if I enter www.feltedfriends.indiemade.com it does not. If I google 'feltedfriends' and 'indiemade' nothing is found? I'm concerned that buyers knowing only my name, and the fact that I'm on indiemade, aren't going to be able to find me. Is this just the way it is, or am I doing something wrong? thanks!
