Shipping&Policies

Does anybody know what happened to Shipping & Policies. ? It doesn't work on my computer - not for my items and not for other items.

I've just found out: I can't see the Shipping & Policies when I click on it but it says that I get information in a cart. So, if I start shopping I get information about the post expences. Is this something new?

You are in the test view. Etsy is still doing some testing of how to display shipping charges.

I noticed this morning, again, that shipping doesn't appear.

I would think a potential buyer would be annoyed if they need to actually buy something before they can see what the shipping fees are. I am. It looks as though we're trying to hide something.

I hope all this testing will be for the better and whatever is done will be fool proof. I don't think buyers will spend any time trying to figure it out.

I agree. You find out about the shipping costs when you are half way through the purchase.

Not only do I dislike this as a buyer, but as a seller I cannot even click on my listings to give people shipping quotes without "editing" the listing to see the shipping prices.....it's unnecessary and time consuming.

The way it was set up before was pretty simple and easy to understand---i don't understand why the change.
